Blueberry Sausage Pancake Bake

My family loves when I make pancakes and sausage for breakfast. I decided to combine the two for a fun, easy breakfast. You can assemble this the night before, and put in the fridge.

Berry Pancake Sausage Bake

1 1/2 cups of milk
2 eggs
4 tbsp melted butter
2 cups flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup berries (I used half blackberries and half blueberries)
3/4 cup of cooked sausage crumbles (I used my homemade sausage crumbles)

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9×13 pan. Mix milk, butter and eggs. Pancake Bake Ingredients Add in flour, cinnamon, and sugar. Stir in baking powder and salt. With a big spoon, stir in berries and sausage. Blueberry and Sausage Pour mixture into prepared pan. Blueberry Pancake Bake Mix Bake for 35 minutes, or until done in the middle. VERY important – – let cool about 5 minutes after pulling the casserole out of the oven. Blueberry Sausage Pancake Bake When cool, cut the casserole into slices, and invert the sliced pancakes on the plate. Serve with butter and syrup.
